Telangana Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme Application Status on TSOBMMS Portal

As we all know, the present government of Telangana state is fulfilling the promises made by them during election time, one by one. Now, on 19th November 2026, the Government of Telangana is going to disburse the financial assistance of Rs.1 lakh under the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme. The announcement about this scheme has been made by the Deputy CM of Telangana state, and he also directed all the concerned officials to provide such financial aid of Rs.1,00,000 to each of the eligible beneficiaries. This is the first phase to establish the business unit for their self-employment from November 19.

Telangana Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme

Government of Telangana is now going to full fill its one of its most awaited schemes, which was launched for the youth of the state. In this scheme, all candidates of the state who want to establish their own business for self-employment need to submit the applications along with the documents.

Then, on the basis of their application form, they will select the beneficiaries for this scheme through a transparent selection process. The selection process for the beneficiaries can be followed in the presence of the District Collectors. This is also the part in which the government wants to provide the self employment opportunity to the youth of the state.

The total financial assistance and loan subsidies given to the youth of the state which is upto Rs.3 Lakhs. But now, in the first phase, to set up their business unit from 19 November 2026, the government gives financial assistance of Rs.1 lakh.

Features of Scheme

Total Financial Assistance	Total Rs.3 Lakhs through financial assistance from the government, and a loan with a subsidy amount is given to the beneficiaries.
First Phase Assistance	In the first phase of this scheme, on 19th November 2026, the government made the announcement through the Deputy CM to provide Rs.1 lakh financial assistance to all the selected youth.
Beneficiaries Covered	In this scheme, the youth of Telangana state who belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backwards Classes, EWS and Minority Communities, who are unemployed and want to start their own self-employment units cover by the government.
Sector	You can setup the small business in different sectors like Animal Husbandry, agriculture and allied sector,  Transport, Minor irrigation and Petty business.

Eligibility Criteria for Rajiv Yuva Vikasam

Residency	Applicant can be a permanent resident of the state of Telangana.
Job Status	You can be unemployed at the time of applying for this scheme.
Age criteria	Only youth which having age from 21 to 55 years can be targeted in the scheme.
Family Income	The family annual income in rural areas can be Rs.1.50 lakh, and in urban areas can be 2 lakh.

• Aadhaar card of the applicant; it can be linked with the active mobile number for verification.
• Residence proof of Telangana state, like a domicile certificate.
• Category or Caste certificate of the applicant.
• Income family certificate.
• Complete educational qualification record.
• Bank details to receive financial aid and subsidy benefits.
• Photograph in passport size.

Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme Application Process

As in the above paragraph, I already told you that the scheme is going to be implemented from 19 November 2026. So the application process of the scheme can be followed from the same date. To avail the benefits of the scheme, eligible beneficiaries need to complete the registration, and then the selection of the beneficiaries can be made offline through physical verification.

• As and when started, the same process needs to open the dedicated portal, i.e., the Telangana OBMMS Portal.
• Now, on the home page of the portal, candidates need to choose the corporation according to their category.
• Need to complete the authentication after providing the Aadhaar Card Number and generating the OTP.
• Start filling in details like your Ration Card Number, Income details and other eligibility conditions required to be filled.
• Then have to choose the business sector in which you want to set up your self-employment unit.
• Here, the name of the scheme, i.e. Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme, appears, and then fill the form by providing details like your basic personal details, educational record and bank account.
• Need to upload the documents and then preview the form.
• Finally, submit the form.

Selection of Candidates

This is the 2nd phase of the application process when candidates need to submit the offline application and appear for verification.

• So all the candidates need to submit the application form physically along with documents to the Mandal Praja Palana Seva Kendralu if belongs to a rural area and the Municipal Commissioner’s Office if belongs to an urban area of the state.
• Then the screening committee will check the documents of the candidates and then verify the eligibility, community and income criteria.
• They also coordinate with the bank who operating the scheme.
• Then the final list of the selected candidates will be prepared by the District Level Committee.

All the beneficiaries who have already submitted their application form and now want to check their application status can track the status by visiting the official portal, i.e. TGOBMMS ( Telangana Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System).

• Every one need to open the official Telangana Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System Portal.
• Here you have to open tgobmms.cgg.gov.in/beneficiarysearchPublic.action.
• Here have to select the Name of the scheme.
• Now, after visiting the portal, you have to put the details of the application ID, Aadhaar Card Number and other details if required.
• Submit the details, and the live application status will appear in front of you.
• Now check the process of the application status.
