This is the Data Management solution that collects patient data, process and provide the health care services.

So now This e Nalam help the patient to handled their OP, i.e. outpatient registration, through Digital Mode. Now no need to stand in long queues in government Hospitals. You just have to download the Tamil Nadu eNalam App on your mobile and complete the registration on the App. After completing the Registration, you can login in to the app and then get the details about the Tariffs, lab and OPD Enquiry.

Objective of eNalam Tamil Nadu

It will help people to complete the registration online and avoid standing in long queues in the hospitals.
After completing the registration on this app, every single patient will get their lifetime unique ID, which they can use in every hospital on every visit; they no longer need to re-register on their visit.
It will also reduce the paperwork and paper records, which maintained the easily maintained the patient record for doctors.
Doctors can see the medical history of the patient and no longer need to repeat tests, and can provide better treatment.

What is Tamil Nadu Nalam?

So here very important to know that there is a separate app also available in the state of Tamil Nadu, i.e., the Nalam App. The same app is used by doctors and hospital staff. Patients are not able to use the same App. On the other hand, eNalam is the patient-dedicated app which is used for OPD registration digitally.

How does eNalam work for patients?

All patients in Tamil Nadu first of all need to download the eNalam App; the QR code scan is also available on the official portal.
Then need to Login in to the app using the Active/ Valid Mobile number and get an OTP.
Here, you all need to complete the Aadhaar-based verification. After completing the login process, all registered patient get a lifetime unique ID which is linked with their mobile number and Aadhaar number. As and when they visit any government hospital, they don’t need to create a fresh or New OPD registration.
You can generate the OPD Tickets within two minutes using the patient’s Phone number and then print out the same and then visit the concerned Outpatient Department.
In every government hospital, there are dedicated counters available to get the OP ticket printout through the eNalam App. Here you can skip the registration line in the hospitals.

Eligibility Criteria

Any person or patient who wants to visit government hospitals in Tamil Nadu.
You also have a mobile number linked with your Aadhaar Card.
There are no other special eligibility Criteria required to get treatment in government hospitals.
