As per the new notification, the Tamil Nadu Housing Board invites applications through the online Mode from interested buyers of the state for its new Housing scheme, in which 6,775 residential plots, flats, and Housing Units available.
In this scheme, you will get the Multi story Flats, Independent House or Residentials Plots in all major districts of the state. In this scheme, people from EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG can participate, and the starting rate of the units available in the scheme is from Rs.3 Lakhs to a maximum of Rs.298 Lakhs, with sizes from 242.Sq. Eligibility Criteria For Scheme
- You can be a domicile or Native citizen of the State.
- The applicant’s age must be 21 years at the time of submitting the application.
- All citizens who don’t have any kind of House, flats, or Plots under any of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Schemes will be eligible.

- Any of the Identification Proof of the applicant, like your Aadhaar Card, Voter Card and Passport if you have.

- For the economic status of the applicant, submit your income proof like your salary slip, bank statements, etc.
Income Group Category
- EWS, i.e. Economically Weaker Section, with a maximum monthly salary of Rs.25,000.
- LIG means Low Income Group people who have their income from Rs.25,001 to a maximum of Rs.50,000/-.
- MIG stands for Middle Income Group, i.e. Rs.50,001 to Rs.70,000 per month.
- HIG means High Income Group having their monthly income above Rs.70,000/-.

All applicants need to pay the Application and Registration Fee, which is non-refundable. You can pay this amount according to your income category and pay the same through the online Mode.
