Here we have another announcement, which is available in the election Manifesto 2026 in Tamil Nadu by the TVK Party. So the leader of the TVK Party, Mr Vijay Chanderashekhar, focuses on removing unemployment from the state. Different types of program as announced by him for the youth of the state, i.e. Youth Participation in Governance.

In this program, the educated youth of the state will participate in the government’s different programs and then provide the different services of the government to the citizens of the state. From all over the Panchayats, villages, and urban areas of the Tamil Nadu state, all these candidates will be selected for this government-run program.

We all know that there are so many government services available for the common public of the state of Tamil Nadu, but people, due to unawareness, are not taking the benefits of the same. The previous government also had so many welfare schemes, but the new Government of Tamil Nadu, i.e., the TVK Party, now ensures the doorstep delivery of government services in 100%.

That’s why, through their ‘Chief Minister’s People Services Associates, going to select unemployed and educated youth for this program. So if you are also educated and unemployed and want to work with the new government of the TN state, then you have to collect all the information.

Objective of Youth Participation in Governance Policy

By taking the participation of the youth of the state in the government program, the TVK Party wants to give job opportunities to them by making them active policy makers in the state. Through this program, the government provide them a stable income in their own state and making then financial strong. This program is proposed by the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam in their Tamil Nadu Selection Manifesto 2026.

Salary Given	Every selected youth, if they perform their job very well, then every month they will get a salary of Rs.18,000 per month

Work of Youth	They have to be aware and deliver the 100 services of the government at the doorstep of the people of the state

• By implementing this program across the state, 5 lakh job opportunities will be given to the job seekers of the state.
• After getting this kind of job, they will also get a fixed salary of 18,000 rupees per month from the government.
• Every young person will become an active member of the governance services and raise awareness about the government schemes or services.
• In their own state, they will get new job opportunities, and they don’t need to visit outside the state.
• All people who get a monthly salary will get the chance of stable income, and in this way they all get financial security from the government.

Who Can Participate in Youth Participation in Governance Initiative?

• Only the young citizens of the Tamil Nadu state can participate in this program.
• You must be an educated person.
• Candidates must not be in any kind of job, neither private, government or not in self employment.
