MLC Voter Application Status Check With Application ID

Only candidates who have already submitted their Form 18 for MLC Voter Registration.

• Open Portal: Kindly open the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Telangana.
• Address: The address of the portal is ceotserms2.telangana.gov.in/MLC/Search.aspx

• Find Status Link: Now, on the home page of the portal, you have to click on the Track your Graduate (Form 18) Application option.

• Fill Application Status Form: Now you have to choose your form, i.e. 18 and then fill the Application ID in the given blank space.

• Submit and Search: Now submit the details and search for Application Status.

How to Check MLC Voter Status with Applicant Name

Now, if you forgot the application ID, then you can also search your MLC Voter Application status using the name of the applicant with the following procedure.

• Again need to visit to the official portal i.e. ceotelangana.nic.in
• Now, on the home page of the portal, click on the MLC Search Option.
• So now, if you don’t have the application ID here, then you can search with the details of the applicant.
• Here you see that you need to enter the application number and relation name, but you don’t need to enter the same; you have to enter your surname and your first name.
• Then select your gender, i.e. male or female.
• Have to enter the Captcha Code and submit.
• Now, in front of you, the list of candidates appears matching your name; you have to find your name and then check the status.

What to Do After Result Showing Application Status Rejected

If by chance after checking your status result showing rejected and it is also the date when the registration window closed, then you have the 2^nd option which is during the period of claim and objection period which is started from 25 November 2026 to 10^th December 2026. You need to fill the Claim or correction form and request it directly from officials using the CEO Portal. You need to fix the same before the final list publication, i.e. before 30^th December 2026.
