Telangana Graduate MLC Voter Online Registration 2026, Last Date

It is informed to you all that the Graduate MLC Voter Registration in Telangana has now started for the 2027 Biennial Election. The CEO i.e. Chief Electoral Officer of the state also issue a official notification to complete the fresh preparation of the Electoral Rolls. Now, all eligible graduates of the state, the registered voters who already submitted their votes in previous MLC elections, will also need to submit their Fresh application to vote. Graduates whose names are already in the existing Graduate MLC Electoral Rolls now have to submit a fresh Form 18 form

As we all know that the MLC Voter registration already started and all the new and old graduate i.e. who already registered and voted in the previous MLC Election, will also need to submit their Fresh application and complete the registration to voter for the Biennial election 2027. Recently, the MLC Voter registration only applies to the two graduate constituencies, i.e.

• Mahabubnagar- Rangareddy- Hyderabad
• Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda

Eligibility For MLC Voter Registration

So if you also want to complete the Graduate Voter registration, then you must have the following eligibility conditions as given below:-

Graduate Degree	If you want to register for MLC voter registration, you must have completed your graduation on or before November 2023; this means that, at the time of registration, at least 3 years have passed since you completed your graduation.
Residency	You can be an ordinary resident and reside within the graduate constituency limit in the state of Telangana.

Documents List Required For Registration

• Must have to submit your Address proof to confirm you residency in the specific constituency.
• Also have a graduation degree or a provisional degree certificate showing the date of completion.
• Any government-issued ID card, like an Aadhaar card or voter ID Card.
• Photograph of the applicant in Passport Size.

• So first of all, you need to open the Chief Electoral Officer’s official website, i.e., the CEO Telangana Portal.
• Then, on the home page of the portal, you need to click on the link of “ Online Registration for Graduate MLC”.
• Here, Form 18 opens in front of you; you need to fill the modified Form 18 by providing your basic personal details, election card number and graduation details.
• Have to upload all the documents after scanning them on the device,
• Preview the application and submit.
• Have to save your reference number, and later, with the help of the same, you can track your application status.

How to Fill Form 18 For Telangana MLC Voter Registration Offline?

• First of all after visiting the official website of Election Commission of India Portal need to Download the Form 18.
• You can also collect Form 18 from the designated Government offices in Telangana.
• Then fill Form 18 manually by providing the details that are required to be filled in the form, and then attach all the self-attested documents with the form.
• Now submit the MLC Graduate Registration Form 18 physically in person or by post to the ERO (Local Electoral Registration Officers), AERO (Assistant Electoral Registration Officer or Designated Booth Level Officers.

MLC Voter Registration Status

The online and offline submission of MLC Voter Form 18 started on 28 September 2026. So it is important to complete the fresh registration, because the previous or past registration is now invalid. Every one have to file the fresh application.

As and when you complete the registration process after 28 September, you will be able to track the registration status with the help of the following method.

• First of all, you need to open the CEO Telangana Portal or ECI Voter Service Portal.
• Now click on Track Application Status on the portal and have to select the state and then enter your application reference ID Number.
• Then Status appeared in front of you it will be either, under verification, approved or rejected.
